Our Privacy Statement

• We undertakes to treat as confidential and keep secret all private or registration data (''the Information'') of the customer.
• We shall not without prior written consent of the customer divulge the whole or any part of the Information to any person except those to whom the customer shall direct the data, our employees and then only to those employees who need to know the same, and to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the agreement between us and the customer.
• The customer consents to any use of the data supplied by the Customer for us and its staff to conduct the services in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
• We may supply any personal data to third parties for the purpose of carrying out credit checks against the customer or for debt collection purposes.
• The customer consents to his personal data being transferred to another legal jurisdiction outside Hong Kong that may not have laws protecting personal data similar to the Ordinance.
